Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@delasantacruz.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of all shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange by email will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
